Ready to Own Something Real?
Every buyer starts with a conversation. Reach out and we will take you through the programs, the ranch, and the economics.
Most of what we own today is abstract -- numbers on a screen, shares in something we never touch. Cattle are different. A living asset on working land -- one that gets more productive every cycle because of how we ranch, not in spite of it.
See Our ProgramsCattle move through small paddocks daily using adaptive fencing, then the land rests for a minimum of 180 days before they return. That recovery window restores native grasses to full depth and rebuilds soil from the ground up. The pasture cattle return to is measurably better than the one they left.
No chemical fertilizers. No synthetic growth hormones. Instead we grow what the cattle need on the ranch itself. Botón de oro -- a high-protein shrub planted across our pastures -- provides supplemental nutrition year-round. Native trees anchor the soil, regulate temperature, and improve water retention.
The inputs that hurt most operations' margins simply aren't part of our cost structure.
Conventional cattle operations carry input costs that move with commodity markets -- purchased feed, synthetic fertilizers, chemical pest control. Those costs compress margins when markets shift. Beefy Returns is built to minimize that exposure.
The result: cattle gaining 0.4 to 0.8 kg above traditional daily weight gain rates, at costs up to 20% lower. A grass-fed product that commands better prices at sale. A cost structure stable enough to deliver 11% to 13% annual buyer proceeds every cycle since 2022.
You purchase premium Brahman and Angus breeding cows. Our bulls produce high-quality genetic offspring sold to ranchers seeking to improve their herds. Ranchers in the region pay a premium for genetics this strong. The program targets 60% of calf sale proceeds to the buyer annually, plus cow resale value at the end of the five-year cycle. All sales are subject to prevailing market conditions.
You buy mixed-genetics beef cattle. We manage the entire cycle from purchase to fattening on grass to sale in 12 months.
Fattening program buyers have achieved 13% annual proceeds every cycle since 2022. The regenerative model uses no fossil-fuel fertilizers and no growth hormones, with cattle raised entirely on managed rotational pasture. We target 11% to 13% annual proceeds for buyers and reinvest the remainder into operations and ranch growth.
Your purchase is credited as a number of head within a program lot that is bought, raised, and sold together. Every buyer in that cycle receives the same per-head proceeds, regardless of how any individual animal performs. You are not exposed to a single cow having a bad cycle.
Any asset backed by living animals carries real risk. Cattle prices move. Weather is unpredictable. We manage this through 90% herd insurance on every head, a regenerative model that removes the input costs -- feed, fertilizers, pest control -- that create margin risk in conventional operations. And we sell through established relationships with Nicaragua's largest processors, not spot markets. Every buyer since 2022 has received proceeds at or above the target range. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
You buy cattle. We raise them. You collect proceeds when they sell.

Choose your program and purchase amount. We execute a cattle purchase agreement and acquire your cattle.
Our ranchers manage your cattle using regenerative practices. You receive regular updates on your herd.
When cattle sell, re-purchase to compound, scale up, or exit after any cycle with no penalty.
Our full-time ranching team is led by a founding partner with 25+ years of experience raising cattle in Nicaragua. When you purchase cattle through our programs, your herd is managed by the people who designed and built these programs from the ground up.
On a per-capita basis, Nicaragua raises more beef cattle than any country in Central America. Year-round tropical grazing and a low-cost regenerative model keep operating expenses well below North American benchmarks. We currently run two ranches within 40 minutes of Managua, spanning 1,120 acres with capacity for 2,500 head and leasing rights to expand to 10,000. Demand for beef far outstrips local supply. Our wholesale partners have told us they could take 100 times more.
